Cancelling Product Support AG

Complaint about Currys PC World

Purchased a ipad from PCWORLD back in Jan 2014 and noticed a £7.50 charge each month on the bank statement. I have been onto the bank thinking we can cancel the direct debit put its not listed and product support AG is coming out as a 'card payment' so can't do a easy cancel. I want this cancelled as i no longer even have the item that i supposed to have support for!
