Complaint about Currys PC World

In January 2015 I bought a laptop and agreed to pay a 3 pound charge every month for 1 year to insure my laptop after that I wouldn't be paying for it anymore.at first I couldn't tell what this charge was being taken out of my bank account , after looking I then realised it was from product support ag and I have had 3 pound taken out of my account for the past 9 months so 9 times which is equivalent to 27 pound which I shouldn't of had to of paid. I would like to receive a refund for this as the payment shouldn't of been coming out of my account after the 1 year that was agreed.

Hi Jade, thank you for getting in touch with regards to your support agreement. The agreement is a rolling monthly agreement and can only be cancelled at your request. This has to be done at the specific time you require the cancellation and not in advance. We will be more than happy to cancel the agreement for you. To do so we do require your full name, address postcode and contact number
