Complaint about Currys PC World

Hello, I have just checked my online banking and I have been charged £5.50 for product support. This was unauthorised. I would like a refund and the payments to stop immediately.

Hi Catherine, very sorry to hear this. You will have been notified of the product support agreement at the time of the sale as this is on the purchase receipt. As it is a monthly contract, if this is not something that you required at the time, it would be down to the customer to cancel the agreement as shown in the terms that are given when the agreement has been made.

We will be happy to offer a cancellation on the agreement but we will require your full address, postcode, contact number and the product that is protected under the agreement. As information was provided at the time we would not be in a position to offer you a reimbursement on any payments made. Regards, Rich D
