I recently noticed from checking my credit card bill that for the past 3 months a transaction has been leaving my account for £15.00 without me knowingly consenting to this .Following discussion with the fraud dept I was advised to contact shopper discounts and inform that I was unaware of the transactions and therefore request a full refund. Following a conversation with the company who needed to know my membership number to look into the claim (clearly I did not have this as have received no correspondence whatsoever ever otherwise I would have cancelled immediately ) .Fortunately my membership number was locatedeventually along with another account which was opened in my name back in 2011 which I am led to believe ran until 2015 !!!! I am raging at the thought this money has been taken from my account without any statements , correspondence or use of any services paid for ?.I believe this is illegal and must be stopped . I have since e mailed the company with a refund request form but have heard nothing back as yet .I am now in the process of contacting the bank to clarify how much money has been paid out to this company from my accounts and will take this matter further however looking for advice on how to move forward with the refund claim . Any advice greatly appreciated as I am appalled and disgusted this can happen to so many people including myself and my mother in law has also checked her account and the same thing has happened to her which has only come to light since discussing this within the family ! Has any others been successful in pursuing a claim back for this length of time and next steps please .

I have still not recieved my refund as promised despite contact with the company.I have provided all bank details as promised this money would be refunded however to date have not recieved a refund of monies paid. I am really disappointed with the outcome to date and would be grateful if a member of the company could help to resolve this as I am becoming disheartened by the whole situation !

Hi Stephen: Sorry you're disappointed the refund was not yet in your account . The refund was processed yesterday within the 5-7 working days that our representative informed you it would take.
