I had purchased a 3mth subscription through an email offer on the 30th March 2016. The email came through on the 29/03/16. 3 MONTH ZBOX SUBSCRIPTION ONLY £30 LAST CHANCE - ENDS TOMORROW MIDNIGHT! Be quick - for a limited time only, you can get your hands on a 3 month ZBOX subscription for just £30 - satisfy your inner geek with a monthly themed mystery box of franchised goodies! No code needed, simply add your size to basket and the discount will automatically apply! Then on the 01/07/16 I noticed a payment had come out of the bank of 58.47 that I was unaware of. I contacted Zavvi when I noticed and they said it was an auto renew. I had asked to cancel,In which the reply on the 6th july shows. We are really sorry, as 14 days have now passed since your last box was dispatched, we are unable to cancel the current active subscription and the next box will be sent to you. However once this has been dispatched, we will request the cancellation of your subscription so no further boxes will generate and your subscription will come to an end. I have received the 3rd box today 16/07/16 and messaged yet again stating the box had arrived and want it cancelled and surprise surprise the reply was: Hello Lesley, Thank you for getting in touch about cancelling your subscription. As your ZBOX 3 Month Subscription has already began processing, we are unfortunately currently unable to cancel this subscription. Please contact us via the online messaging centre once your ninth subscription Zbox has been despatched so that this cancellation request can be processed further.
