Complaint about Drive Dynamics
Long story short: coaxed into booking 15 hours of lessons for £500. Paid that same day immediately over the phone. Was promised my instructor would contact me within 3-5 days. After 7 days I got in contact only to be messed about by various staff members and constantly assured I would be 'rung back'. This continued for over a week with both my boyfriend and I calling separately every day with no success. Two urgent emails were ignored and no one could tell me where my instructor was, nor how to get my money back. My parents eventually complained and I decided to log for a refund. Told it would take 14 working days which is against government regulations. Their terms and conditions are full of holes and the company doesn't care about their customers and laugh behind our backs (heard this first hand as one of the operators forgot to put me on hold while laughing about me to the rest of the office). It's been over 2 weeks now with no answers, no apologies and no sign of my £500. My parents have contacted our solicitor and we will take legal action if necessary.
