Complaint about Skinny Tan‎

Placed an order with Skinny Tan on 1st July. Received an email on 26th July to say it was being despatched. Received an email from courier on 26th July to say order was not being delivered as they had not received the goods to deliver. Numerous emails sent asking for information, no response. Sent a tweet on Twitter 17th August had an immediate responce from ST saying someone would contact me from Customer Services, which they did on 19th August saying they were looking into my order. Still no response. Emailed to ask for a refund - no responce. Re messaged through Twitter, no responce.
