Complaint about Xercise4Less
I had off peak membership for one branch of exercisr 4 less and wanted to use another so asked to upgrade account so i could use during peak times. I was set up with a new account and the other account was cancelled or so i thought. For the last month and a half i have been getting chased by Harlands who keep adding £25 admin fees on each month. I have called Harlands to sort out and they told me to speak to exercise 4 less which i did and membership team told me it had nothing to do with them to contact a manager. I did try to but no-one called me back so i wrote a letter of complaint asking for someone to contact me to sort this out but to no avail as not heard anything yet.
