Complaint about Currys PC World

Hello I have noticed that every month, £5.50 is being automatically taken from my account with the above reference. When I purchased my laptop around March/April 2015, I knew I would be paying that amount at least up until that time the following year unless I chose to renew the insurance agreement, which I have not done. Can you check if I still have a live agreement with you please, and if so, I would like to stop the payments. If this is in error, I expect a full refund from the months where money was taken and didn't need to be. Thank you
