Complaint about MEDION
I sent my Lenovo laptop to be fixed following an issue with it I received an email from Medion on 1st September stating that my laptop had been serviced and was out for shipping. To date I have not received the laptop. I had a tracking number from courier but they say that the address was incorrect and lap top was sent back to Milton Keyenes ....nobody is able to tell me where the laptop is...and I am unable to get any answers on the phone as their customer service is only open monday to friday. what do I do.
