Complaint about Yodel

I have ordered on 2 occasions now the same product the first was dropped of at the wrong address and signed for by someone who I haven't a clue went round all the people around me with no joy so I have ordered the product once again it's gone to the wrong address but this time who ever it was refused to send it was due on the 15 sept I emailed the company who sold it me to be told all this so gone in to yodal today they carnt tell me where first parcel had gone and the 2 nd had been sent back to Glasgow and carnt tell me now when it will be back in I was counting on this coming as it was to take away with me this week so I have had to leave my number and have to hope they ring when it's in I haven't had a sorry or nothing just told me well I can have a refund claim and get a new one again so explained and how will this get to my house as you tried twice and carnt find me so I will have to collect it from debot as the drivers don't seem to be bothered where they drop things off
