Complaint about TalkTalk

I have contacted talk talk 7 times in August . I made the biggest and moved from sky to Talk talk I was told that there is problems with my phone line and open reach will need to look into this 2 weeks later no contact I called again and was told the same thing and called again to be told the same thing. I got very angry and called told the advisor of the issue and said I wanted to cancel she said that's not a problem ill do that I confirmed with her about 5 times if I will be charged a cancellation fee she said no. I then found out that talk talk haven't processed the cancellation called and spoke to 3 people one including a manager who 'couldnt' find the notes and couldn't locate the call I was blackmailed and told if I wanted the cancellation I would have to carry on with the contract. I have never had such bad and appalling customer service I really would like this to be sorted or I will be contacting the CEO and trading standards.
