Complaint about BT

I'm paying £30 a month for up to 70mps but rarely do I even get a connection. Connection always cuts off and router has to be reset. After 12am cannot access Internet at all. I have called bt numerous times they say there is nothing wrong with my line or router so I guess I must be imagining the whole thing!!!! I have asked for an engineer to come look at it and nothing has happened. If there is no problem with my equipment then it must be at the exchange. I am fed up with bt and when my contract is up in will be moving elsewhere
