To my surprise, I was told that, because I was collecting the car 1 day later I would have to make another booking as this was the procedure of all international companies if changes were made. I explained that I was not making any changes I was only notifying the company of my late collection, however the dates of the car hire remain the same. Nevertheless I was told this was the procedure of all international companies. and was charged and additional £522.67 on top of the original price which i booked and paid in February 2016 and then charged a different price on 28th July 2016 when I made a call of my fight delay. Hired the car in February and paid around £560 total for three weeks. And then when i notified rentalcar.com of my delay i was recharged £522.67 or no car. I fell absolutely robbed. Please can you help? Thank you
