Complaint about Pockit

I recently obtained a new credit card after they had an advert in the local press. when my card came I registered online and thought I could start using card, when I went to my local paypoint, cashier swiped my card and said I could not use it owing to a problem with expiry date on card which was 07/19. I have sent pocket an email twice only to get an auto response saying they would get back to me ,which they have not done, so I phoned them, same response they say they are busy and will cut you off if you are waiting for more than 20 mins, its just a joke, I'm not a happy bunny, cheers derek williams
