Tastecard-Reneew membership without concent

Complaint about Tastecard

I took out a 3 month trial membership. Before the 3 months were up, I got an email thanking for my payment for a year membership. After my emails to cancel and then for my refund were ignored, I called "customer services". They kept repeating terms and conditions. I asked several time sot be put through to a manager and they said it is "not their policy" for a call to be escalated to a manager. I have never known such terrible customer service. They are criminals working towards targets and refuse to refund my membership.
