Complaint about Venntro

Hi just check my bank statement and notice you have taken out two amounts 1 amount was in July for $48 .00 then again on the 19thSeptember ..I have never given you my bank account details , i am a penison living in New Zealand .Could you please correct this error and refund the money back into my account The last amount was $80.00 Thank you Maria Blackett

Your account was re-billed successfully on 16/09/16 at the standard rate of $80.00. We will be unable to issue you with any form of refund for the payment that has already been taken. From looking into your account I can see you have now logged in and cancelled the membership to ensure you are not billed any further.
