Complaint about Vodafone

I am having issue with vodafone loss of service all the time. I work around EC1A 4HD area and I can't receive or make a call from last year. Vodafone customer services are telling me pack of lies. I have done sim swap, changed my hand set but problem is not going away. I was advised by cheap side vodafone store to write a letter to head office explaining issue and ask for contract termination which I have done & i haven't heard anything back from vodafone head office. I can't believe how much vodafone is messing me up. I have few other colleagues who are suffering the same issue. Vodafone customer services has admitted that problem is going on from AUG last year. Also here is the link of conversation with Vodafone. This first happened on August 1st, 2015. To rectify this issue I would like you to I am paying £40 a month I would like Vodafone to Refund me full amount for loss of service for last year and I would like them to terminate my contract without any charges. I expect you resolve this fault as quickly as possible, provide an explanation about cause and a gesture of compensation. Thanks, Khurram
