Complaint about Sky

they did not inform me of the day they were sending an engineer to install sky,ive rang and rang till i am sick of ringing all i get is an automated reply that keeps saying sorry that is not registering and cuts me off,ive sent the router back via post office and now i am blocked from getting another deal as they have me down as a customer yet with no goods or equipment,
