Failure to honour an agreement

Complaint about Virgin Media

I left sky to join virgin on an agreed price for 12 months then an increase for 6 months. After a couple of months they have decided to increase the price which I find a failure to honour the agreement which both parties agreed to. They advertise these offers for an agreed term then fail to honour them I shall be returning to SKY asap
