Upset, annoyed and dismissed

Complaint about Lovely Flora World

Ordered flowers it said next day wasn't till after that it said any thing after 5pm would be 2 days, so I waited for a phone call from mother in law to say "thank you" they are "beautiful", but they never came, my lovely flora sent an email saying they would be here by 5pm via Royal Mail parcels delivery, but I live in a small village and all the post including parcels are delivered by postman pat and his van, I know this, I live here! So now there's no phone number to get my £20 back very annoyed and upset for my mother in law, they even took £1 for using my debit card (why)! I don't trust them and I don't believe they have the customer satisfaction skills, they are a rip off and should be shut down, so I'm looking for ways to get my refund and am apologies to me for this, GUTTED!

Dear Anna, I am sorry the bouquet was not deilvered. Unfortunately, as we use Royal Mail as our carrier for shipping a parcel might be delayed or lost. All our orders are sent out for deilvery.
