Complaint about Currys PC World

I noticed today that £7.50 had been taken out of my account under "Product Support AG". To begin, I had no idea what that meant, so I Googled it and realized it had to do with Curry's. The last purchase I had made there was on 9 August for a new laptop. The laptop came with a Care Plan that was to be free until 6 October, and could be cancelled by me prior to then. I do not know what this charge is, or what it is charging me for, but I do know that I did not agree to or authorize such a charge and that it should not happen. Please refund the money that was taken for there is no reason for it's removal since I did not sanction this payment.
