Complaint about Hotpoint
I arranged my hotpot dryer to be looked at by my insurance company domestic and general.it was being really noisy two hotpot men put a new fan in but I noticed they pulled it completely apart.i have rang four more times as the noise is unbearable to be told my insurance company should have offered me an exchange of new dryer or repair instead it was modified without my knowledge.it is still awfully noisy I have to have a hotpot man out to check the dryer before I can get it exchanged for a new one hopefully hotpot will agree to this. Meanwhile my daughter has to pay 100.00 to change hers. I'm not happy hotpot didn't write to me and notify me then my insurance company domestic and general didn't sort it.now they are saying they will do it as part of my cover.im entitled to a replacement I am not going to leave this.
