Complaint about My Geek Box

I ordered a geek box on the 24//8/2016 which was apparently dispatched the same day! But it hasn't arrived... This is now totally redundant now as Its almost been a month I no longer want or need this item. I can only assume it has been lost in the post. I do not wish to receive a replacement I wish only for a refund. Order number 76043615

They always have the despatched date as the day you order the sub box. Since you ordered after the cutoff for the August box, you would be getting the September box which ships around the 20th of September. Not sure where you are from but I'm in the US and usually get mine the 2nd of the next month
