Neff Freezer Protection Plan 2NB0017374 with Domestic & General On the 6/9/16 I reported my Freezer was not working to Domestic & General. An engineer from Neff came on the 8/9/16 and said it was not repairable and must be replaced. I received a replacement from Domestic & General on the 13/9/16. I was told I must pay for the installation. A private installer come to install the freezer on the 15/9/16. The installer spent 2 hours trying to install the new freezer only to discover the wrong model had been delivered. His charge for the time he spent is £50.00 This was wasted time and money. I asked Domestic & General for a delivery of the right model giving them the model no. of my old freezer. On the 16/9/16 another freezer arrived - this freezer was also a wrong model. 2 identical wrong freezers had been delivered. I complained about the 2 wrong freezers and asked when I could expect the right model to be delivered. I was told the earliest would be on the 26/9/16. I will have to pay my installer again to come back to install the freezer. I will have been without a freezer for 3 weeks through bad management on the part of Domestic & General and wasted £50.00 on the failed installation. I have also made many phone calls and spent much time trying to sort out the problem.
