Failing time and time again!

Complaint about Zavvi

Placed an order and money was taken, emails confirming the order. When I go to login to track WTF is going on account not found - tried password resets and the same yet I have confirmation of subscribing to Zbox (order) etc. 3 days of tweeting Zavvihelp and not one reply!!

Hi, Zbox arrived finally however missing the marvel dorbz figure which was listed in the accompanying magazine. Not impressed so far as this box was supposed to be a gift for my brother in law! Plus there was another box as part of the promo too- whats happening with that? A colleague at work got their one and main zbox in no time.
