Complaint about Currys PC World

I have been charged £6.50 for Product Support AG. I'm not sure what service this is and I never provided my bank details either so I do not understand how I have been charged on my account. Please return the money back to my account. The issue was regarding a laptop I had purchased just over a year ago which has now stopped working. The motherboard is faulty and that can only be blamed on the manufacturing and the parts used to create the laptop in the first place. It will not start up and because it is out of warranty Currys PC World say there is nothing they can do except charge me for a replacement. I find it ridiculous that I am expected to pay for repair when the damage caused was due to no fault or recklessness on my part and it should be Currys PC World that resolve this matter.
