Appalling service & quality of product

Complaint about Oypla

I bought a trampoline from Oypla through living social. Within a day it had started to fall to bits. I contacted livingsocial who contacted Oypla. Neither livingsocial nor I heard anything from them. This happened 3 or 4 times then after some digging I found a contact email for Oypla. I emailed them directly& asked them what they wanted me to do. They responded & arranged for the faulty goods to be collected. The courier turned up but couldn't fit it in his van. This has happened 4 times. 10 days have since passed since the last failed collection attempt & I have emailed them twice but they have just completely ignored my emails. Now they have my money & I have a broken, unsafe & frankly, dangerous item that can't be used.
