Thanks for getting back to us jean. I have located your agreement under reference BG4MWK8E. This is a support agreement for the Asus computer that was set up in store at the time of purchase. I will be happy to cancel this to prevent future payments being taken. Please confirm you wish me to do so. Due to the time frame since this was set up I am unable to provide you with a refund.
