Failed to collect for a week, failed to deliver...

Complaint about Parcel2Go

Paid for drop off service with DPD. Dropped parcel off on 13 Sep and obtained DPD receipt. A week later customer still did not have parcel. Turned out they didn't collect until 21 Sep and only after two chats with P2G "support chat line". Promised emails within 1-2 days, but never received. Now on 23 Sep still no delivery, no support (wait 1-2 working days for a response), contradictory tracking with DPD.
