Complaint about National Holidays

London and Windsor Castle 90th Celebration Monday 19 Sept 2016 for 4 days staying at Russ Hill Hotel. First night food very good as I have all ways had, the three breakfasts we had the food was cold even the coffee and tea was the same. Tuesday's evening the roast beef I could not chew the end bits witch I like but the middle was raw blood. Wednesdays evening meal like pig swill, the cakes every night where still partly frozen, the room only one electrical socket but I was a lucky I had a three pin extension witch had not been pat tested like all the other equipment this is a big no no if HSC find out. This is the first time I took my brother and sister in laws and they had the same experience and more. Some staff very arragont
