Complaint about Caxton FX
I registered for a Caxton card and tried to make an initial payment of £100 which failed. I tried 3 times until the 3rd attempt worked. When I checked my bank account it showed up 3 transactions of £100. I emailed Caxton and they said they'd found an extra £100 and added that to my card but theres still £100 missing. Both my bank and Caxton are blaming each other but I'm still missing £100. i wont be using Caxton and will not recommend them.
