Complaint about National Holidays

We stayed at the trecarn hotel Torquay from the 12th September till the16th we have traveled with the national many times but after this experience we may not be so keen to do so again .the hotel was very run down holes in the walls wallpaper hanging off furniture torn very slow service in the dining room having to wait ages for plates by which time when you reached the food you had to wait ages for them to replenish the bins outside were overflowing with an enormous amount of plastic bags there as well your standards are slipping using this hotel we thing you should go and see for yourself before using this hotel in your brochure we feel we should have some compensation for staying in such a run down hotel

National holiday's response time is almost as crap as the the run down hotel they put us in. 3 weeks and no reply, have they gone on holiday also .
