Complaint about BoxFrog Promotions

I purchased x3 tickets to the Lennox Lewis evening months ago, we were told the evening was postponed due to the Tyson Fury fight being cancelled and that they would have a new date in October, when the new date for the fight to take place was announced on the 29th October I thought we would hear from them, I tried to go onto there Facebook page and contact them but the page has been deleted and I can't seem to get hold of them by email or Google or there site. As the fight has now been cancelled again o want to know what's going on as I paid over £300 for the tickets but can't seem to get hold of them Is any one having the same issue? And does anyone know how we can get our money back ?

Ring your bank and ask about chargeback we have just done it and had the money back within three days refunded by your bank.
