Hi there I have had £5.50 taken out of my bank for the past year not noticed it until now after looking on my online banking.i no I did not take this of and am really not happy bout this as in the last year you have taken £66 of me

Hi Martin, apologies that you are unaware of the payment that you have been making. Detail's of this transaction can be found on your purchase receipt. If you would like to provide me with your full address and the item that was purchased at the same time, I can look to cancel the Service Agreement if this is no longer required - Shaun
