Debt collection letter charging for a Free Offer.

Complaint about Goldman Reeves

I received a letter from Goldman Reeves to collect a payment of £60.52. This was the first time I've had a request from them or anyone for this amount. The amount is evidently for anti-aging jcream/preparation. The only Anti-aging item I have ordered is a free offer I sent for on face book but it was supposed to be a free offer, I did not receive any invoice, paperwork etc with it nor have I received anything since. Also I didn't sign or agree to anything about paying for it any have not received any more, only the the free offer. I have tried and tried to get through to Goldman Reeves but can only get through to answer messages about paying or referring me to the website where the only the thing you can do is attempt to pay!!
