Complaint about Currys PC World

Dear Currys/PC World, This will be the third time I have tried contacting you about the fact that you are STILL taking £4.50 out of my account each month. I contacted you back in April and was assured it would stop but you were unable to offer me a refund for something I had NEVER signed up for... in fact, you couldn't find me on your records. I have contacted my bank but as you are not on my direct debit list I am absolutely astonished as to how you are still able to take my money... what is it we're up to now... I believe it's £367.40 Kindly STOP TAKING MY MONEY. Regards, Hayley Hatherell Ps. It's nice to see I'm not the only one that's suffered this ridiculous lapse in customer service. Sort it out.

Hi Hayley, I can confirm that I have located your Service Agreement and have cancelled this for you. As a gesture of goodwill, I have requested that the last payment take is refunded to you. Confirmation of the cancellation will be sent through the post - Shaun
