Complaint about Currys PC World

I have recently notice on my bank statements that I am paying £2.50 to Product Support AG and hadn't notice it amongst all my other transactions. I've followed it back and I've been paying this for god knows how long! I have only just found out its to do with Currys PC world as I've bought quite a few things from there I don't know which it's down to. Can you please look into this and is it possible to find out how much I've paid in total as I will want this fully refunded. I did not sign up to anything. Thanks, Clare.
