Complaint about Currys PC World

I got a laptop from Currys/PC world in April and I've just realised you've just charged me £5.50 for this product support which I didn't sign up for! I want this "support" cancelled and refunded to my account immediately. I see this happened to numerous customers without their consent, it's ridiculous!
