Complaint about Prizehook
I received my monthly mobile bill but realised it was £16 over the normal amount, under outside charges. I called EE to question this as I had been abroad. I was told that this company had started taking £4 off me every week since the beginning of September. I am appalled by this as I have not authorised this and it could have gone on far longer if I hadn't of called. I immediately texted stop to the number but am so angry at being conned like this. Please be careful with this company!!!
