Complaint about Amazon
Since my last delivery I have received fraudulent emails supposedly from Amazon asking me to confirm my new credit card details, because payment was refused. I am concerned because this has happened just after I did change my credit card details with Amazon , which rather indicates that you have a data security problem-perhaps with some of your employees. The order number they quoted was ficticious, which rather alerted me. Needless to say I didn't respond to these but I thought that you should be made aware that it appears that someone knows when your customers change their credit card details, and may be passing this information on.
