5 months of incorrect billing, still no closer to resolving the issues

Complaint about Vodafone

For the last five months have spent hours each month trying to resolve billing issues. Each month brings a new issue. Despite assurance of correction errors keep appearing. It appears as errors are always in favour of Vodafone.
