Keytone Scam

Complaint about Goldman Reeves

My 15year old daughter ordered her "free" samples of Keytone Plus and Power Cleanse last November. When I found this out and researched it on the internet, I knew it was a scam. £5.80 postage was taken out of her account for postage. I packaged the unopened products and sent them back. It cost around £10, as to cancel you has to send them to Cyprus. Got in touch with her bank and they stated that they would block and further attempts to take any money. We didn't receive anymore products, so although we were £16 out of pocket, it was a lesson learned on the part of my daughter. On 1st October, we got the same letter as everyone else on this thread from Goldman Reeves, demanding £184. I am a retired police officer. I will NOT be responding to this letter, but if I keep getting letters from Goldman Reeves, I will seek advice from my local force, as there is a strong case that the offence of "Fraud" is being committed here. I would advise anyone else to do likewise and draw this website to the attention of their local force. They may tell you that as the company are based in Birmingham, then that is the seat of the crime, and that you need to contact West Midlands Police, which is technically correct, as that is where the crime has taken place according to Home Office Counting Rules. Don't send any money!!!!
