Problem with Rewards Scheme payment.

Complaint about Littlewoods

Ordered a costly item (£623) on 30th July 2016. Rewards Scheme stopped giving rewards 31st August 2016. Information received states that any orders up to that date would still be eligible for Rewards Scheme. Rewards are normally added onto my total automatically when I order. Nothing added on so contacted Accounts who informed me that I was not eligible for any rewards as I had not asked. As it is a considerable amount of money, I feel I have been let down and I only have until the end of December 2016 to claim the Reward Total.
