Complaint about Currys PC World

Unhappy that product support AG have decided to take money from my account in such a way that I have been unable to easily detect this for months seems very sneaky to me, all though I have purchased a TV from them in the past I Have never set up any type of payment plan and the TV was payed out right. I want this cancelled with a refund

Hi James, My colleague Rachel replied to your last message on the 6th october with the following: Hi James, thank you for your details. I've located the agreement and cancelled it. I've requested for the last payment to be refunded but as the agreement would have been itemised on your receipt, I'm unable to process a full refund. Thanks, Rach
