Took my payment without confirming order, charged extra, wont reply to emails to cancel my order

Complaint about Lovely Flora World

Payment was taken from my card without confirming the order and was even charged extra, now they wont reply to any of my emails to cancel the order and refund the money even though the apparent delivery date is 10 days away!
