Categories Log in Sign up For companies DPD UK reviewed by Lindsay Lindsay 2 Reviews Published 4 minutes ago Aporling serivce I paid extra for next day delivery and it was coming the day after, so I went online and changed my options to have it delivered to my collection shop to pick up when I wanted sounds simple. Wrong Saturday 3rd my delivery day came and went I contact them via email to be told my shop was closed and they couldn't deliver, I had also called the shop so this was a bare lie. I then get 2different conflicting emails 1 saying it was being deliver on the Tuesday 4th and 1 saying the store was closed so would be sent back to sender?? I decided to call costumer care to sort it out, I was told the same the store was closes when I explained I had contacted the shop and a delivery was made but not my parcel they contacted the depo and the phone cut off? I called back and again got told the lie and was put threw to the depo when they said 3 conflicting stories it was close I told them I have spoken to the shop so please don't lie to me, I then got what's you name and address I told them oh it's been delivered on the 2nd to a neighbor and was signed for??? I said I haven't received any card how is that possible I got put back threw to costumer support. I spoke to a lovely lady who was apporled by my treatment and kept say oh no oh gosh oh no as she ready my notes and told her what had happened. She apologised and said she would sort it she arranged for my parcel to be delivered the following day today Wednesday 5th between 8.30-10.30 and said she would let the depo manager know what's happened as they shouldn't lie to me like that. 10.35 no delivery yet again I call back to be told same rubbish and my parcel is now being taken to my pick up shop no manager will talk to me and I am so upset and cross this should have been a simple delivery and it's become a nightmare. I need help to get this sorted now nearly a week on still being lied to over and over.
