Complaint about Thomson

Having suffered 28 hour delay (& been accommodated in unsuitable hotel) in June this year, flying from Gerona to Birmingham, I have been unable to get any resolution. They provided us with a print-out which admitted that the delay was due to a technical issue, so no dispute there. I have filled in the online form which was acknowledged 27/06/2016. Since then I have rung twice, emailed 5 times and my daughter has tweeted and all I get is that they will be in touch. I have read their Twitter feed & Trustpilot reviews and despair of ever getting a resolution.

Finally received cheque (for the legal minimum) after 7 months, hooray! Hope this encourages others to keep pestering and don't give up!
