The car was not properly roadworthy, and we had to return it to the airport the next day.

Complaint about Record Go

When we returned the car, we left a very large old key in it to our rental house. We told Record cars within 40 minutes of leaving the Airport, by email to head office and on the phone. No one replied. We found out that the car went to the repair shop, so it was taken by the staff, so one of them must have found this unusual key. They have been unhelpful, and have different staff every time we went to the Airport, which was four times in the week we were there! They told us they have a lost property area, where hopefully it has been left. They gave us a faulty car, their staff have been unhelpful and could not care. I would definitely not recommend using this awful company. I just hope someone from this company would get in touch with me!
