Complaint about Easylife

I ordered a sunlamp from the EasyLife catalogue on July 15th and am still waiting for it to be delivered as I write on October 5th. I have emailed their (so-called) customer services department countless times, always receiving yet another excuse and/or false promise that it will be delivered in the next seven days. Not once have they said that the item is out of stock. The company appears to be in a state of turmoil and I certainly won't be using them again. However, last week I ordered something for my mother from a Good Ideas catalogue, and am wondering if the two companies are one and the same because this last order is now eight days overdue and the excuse of "warehouse problems" sounds all too familiar!!
